The Reaper
The Reaper is a multi-band wireless pentesting toolkit built on the ESP32-S3 — WiFi, BLE, 2.4GHz, Sub-GHz, IR, RFID/NFC, and GPS, all from one handheld device. It's a heavily modified fork of the open-source ESP32-DIV project, built for authorized security testing only.

Upstream bugs fixed

Problem
A fork of the open-source ESP32-DIV project needed to go well beyond a reskin — real security gating, a real audit trail, and a real correctness pass over the upstream code, not just new colors.
Approach
A full rebrand with a new boot sequence and eleven hand-tuned color themes, PIN-lock security gating boot, and a JSON-lines audit trail of every session on SD. Also ships a localhost admin dashboard for device status and live settings.
Outcome
Three real upstream bugs fixed — a crash-on-low-memory bug in the WiFi scanner, an EEPROM address collision between saved WiFi and Sub-GHz profiles, and several reentrancy bugs — carrying the MIT license and the attribution the original project requires.
